By purchasing / downloading this kit, you agree to abide by my TOU as explained below.
All of my kits are for Personal Use.
Personal use includes:
You may create scrap book pages and layouts for yourself.
All files must be flattened before sending.
You may alter the components of this kit and use them in your personal scrapbooking.
You may submit layouts or designs for competitions or contests, whether for publication or not.
If you are published or upload to a gallery is the only time I request credit.

You may not redistribute or share any part of my kit. Please send people to my page who are interested in my products.
Ownership of these designs are not transferable. Sharing without permission is theft.
You may not use these images for any purposes prohibited by law.
You may not use my designs to create designs for t-shirts, greeting cards, or similar items for mass marketing
You may not use my designs to create blinkies, web or blog templates for sale or for free, without written consent of the artist.
You may not use any part of this kit to make brushes, tubes or patterns.
